Peel plantain from back, dress plantain body with palm oil and wrap with foil paper.

Arrange the foil paper in a non stick frying pan. Put on medium heat. Allow one side for 20 minutes, then turn to the other side. You will know it is done once the sides are brown. Else repeat process till plantain is brown

In a pot, pour palm oil, add onions, maggi to taste and pepper. Once fried, add crayfish and stir. Remove from heat immediately.
