Ingredients

  • 2big brinjals
  • 1 cupgreen peas
  • 5onions
  • 2tomatoes
  • 2green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast wash and mash the brinjals

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan

  3. 3

    Add cumin seeds

  4. 4

    Add chopped onions and saute them

  5. 5

    Add green chillies.

  6. 6

    Add chopped tomatoes.

  7. 7

    Cook well.

  8. 8

    Put salt and red chilli.

  9. 9

    Add mashed brinjals.

  10. 10

    Cook till the masala seprates the oil.

  11. 11

    Serve with tandoori roti
