Steps

Take a pan put ghee into it. When ghee heated put onion on it when onion colour change into brown shade put Tomato, peas and green chilli into it.

When it's fry put salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala into it.

Put roasted clean mashed brinjal into it.
- 4
Baingan ka Bartha ready to serve it.
