Ingredients

  1. 2roasted brinjal
  2. 1small bowl peas
  3. 5finely chopped onions
  4. 2finely chopped tomato
  5. As neededghee for fry
  6. 1green chilli
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. To tastered chilli powder
  9. To tasteturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan put ghee into it. When ghee heated put onion on it when onion colour change into brown shade put Tomato, peas and green chilli into it.

  2. 2

    When it's fry put salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala into it.

  3. 3

    Put roasted clean mashed brinjal into it.

  4. 4

    Baingan ka Bartha ready to serve it.
