Wash and parboil the rice, then Cook in a salted boiled water cook till its soft and dry up, put down.

Blend the tatashe, pepper, crayfish and onions, cook what just blended till d water dry, now cook the meat with seasons of your choice when almost done add the washed dry fish cook for awhile and put down.

Put the oil on the fire allow to bleach a little add the slice onions, add the dry tatashe and co, add little of the stock allow to cook add the meat and fish ads salt and locus beans cover and cook for awhile, open and stir, allow all the water to dey up, the only water u will see is the oil then your sauce is ready serve with ofada rice, yam or plantain.
