Steps

  1. 1

    Parboil ur beans and drain the water and set aside

  2. 2

    Peel ur yam and cut desired size add with the beans in a pot.

  3. 3

    Add all other ingredients including oil and allow to cook till is soft and dried.

  4. 4

    Mix and taste for salt. Then serve
