Ingredients

  • 10potatoes
  • 1 tbspngarlic paste
  • 1 tbspncumin seeds
  • 1 tbspncoriander powder
  • 1 tbspnkasuri meethi / dried methi
  • 2 tbspnvegetable oil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tbspnred chilli powder
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves
  • 2 tbspnmalai
  • 1 pinchgram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut into four parts.

    Heat the oil in a pan.

  3. 3

    Add cumin seeds, garlic paste and green chillies. Now add the potatoes and mix well.

    Heat the potatoes until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Then add all masalas and mix the.

  6. 6

    Add 1-2 tbspn malai.

  7. 7

    Add coriander leaves.

  8. 8

    Special jeera malai aalu is ready to serve.
