Steps

First wash the brinjal and roast it. After cool down peel mash it.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and dry red chilli. Add chopped onions after 15-20 secs stir well.

When onion change it's colour add ginger garlic paste and chopped tomato and salt mix well.Cover it and Cook for 5-7 mins.

Now add mashed brinjal mix well. Cook for 5 mins. Now add chopped coriander leaves and black pepper powder.
