Get your soy beans

Rinse and soak for like 1hour(some soak it overnight which is probably like 10hrs,but soaking for long will make it smell and taste fermented)

After soaking for 1hour,it will be more softer and then ready to blend,after blending you then strain the puree using either a chiffon cloth or sieve

Pour the soy milk into a big pot,and start cooking on medium heat,stir so that it doesn't stick at d bottom.when it is about to boil,you then add your ingredients and keep stirring it for like 5mins

Turn off the heat and leave to cool down completely...After it cools down..pour into jug or a bottle and refrigerate..serve cold
