Wash and spread the wheat seeds to dry

Using a grinder grind it till nearly smooth...it should not be perfectly smooth (note...it should be in powdery form)

Take 1 cup of you wheat and mix with water

Bring water to boil and add your wheat mixture..Allow it to Cook

Cool and add sugar and milk
