1 tbsproasted peanuts
1 tbsppeanuts
1oion chopped
1tomato chopped
to tastesalt and red chilli
1 tspturmeric powder
2 tbspoil
1 tspmustard seeds

Heat oil add mustard seeds

Add onion,tomato,peas and tomato saute and add spices
3

Cook till peas become soft
4

Now add poha and peanuts and mix well and serve hot.
