  • 100 gpuff pastry
  • 3sausages
  • 2boiled eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the sausages and the egg. Mash the sausages and have them ready together with the puff and the peeled eggs

    Roll out the puff

    Apply some mashed sausages

    Place the peeled boiled egg and wrap. do not forget to egg wash them

    Bake them in a 180 degree pre heated oven for 15 - 20 minutes or till they turn golden. serve.
