Appam is a healthy recipe,this is originally from south India. But this is my version
Steps
- 1
Add rice flour, semolina, curd, baking powder, oil, salt in a bowl
Mix well
Add vegetables
Mix well
Cover and leave for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes
Add some water in mixture and stir well
Heat Appam utensil on medium heat
Grease it
Add mixture with spoon
Cover for 5-7 minutes on low medium flame
turn
Wait for 3-4 minutes
Appams are ready to eat
Serve hot with Chatanies
I serve with coconut chatani
