Put the chopped chocolate into a bowl and set aside. Heat milk until steaming, then pour over chocolate. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir. If any chunks of chocolate remain, heat in the microwave for 30-second intervals until all the chocolate has melted. Set aside and let It cool to room temperature.

Using a mixer or whisker add in the whipping cream, 1/2cup chilled milk,vanilla flavour, and powdered sugar(optional) and beat on high speed until stiff peaks form, about 5-7 minutes.

Divide cream mixture into 2. Add chocolate(milk+chocolat)to the first half, and leave the second half as it is

To assemble: Using a pastry bag,add layers of the cream then crushed cookies,then chocolate whipcream then plain whipcream then crushed oreos then cream again, and finally finish with any remaining cookie crumbles& m&m’s on top.
