Put your cream on fire but don't boil....

Melt your chocolate in the cream and let it melt

Soak your gelatin in some water
- 4
Remove your cream from heat and let it cool

Put back into the fire,add your gelatin till it mixes well
- 6
Pass it through a sieve. Pour it into the molds. Let it cool them freeze it for hours. #Enjoy
