Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupvegetable oil
  3. 4eggs
  4. 1 cupamarula
  5. 1 cupsugar
  6. 1tables spoon browning
  7. 2 tablespoonsbaking powder
  8. 1 tbscondensed milk flavour
  9. 1 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the oil and sugar in a bowl, add the egg and mix.

  2. 2

    Add the browning, vanilla, amarula and condensed milk flavour, mix well then sieve in the flour and baking powder, mix till the lumps are not there again

  3. 3

    Pour in your buttered and. Floured pan.

  4. 4

    Put in a 200degrees oven for 45mins. Its cooked when you poke in a toothpick and it comes out clean
