Steps

Heat oil and add onions with star, cinnamon, bay leaf, chilies and curry leaves.

Once onions are brown, add dry spices and let it fry.

Add grated tomatoes together with the onions and fried spices. Let it braise a little.

Add meat with some ginger/garlic salt, stir with some water and let it cook.

Once meat is alittle soft add the boiled dhal and let it simmer

Dhania to garnish
