Start your day with perfect combination of Dahi Methi Rotlo with laisun chutney,green chutney,tea and mirchi.

Steps

Washed and cut Methi leavesTake a mixture bowl add Methi leaves,curd,chilli,adrakh,and 3-tbsp water and crush smooth paste.

Take a bowl add paste,add bajra flour,salt,haldi powder,and hing.Mix well.Add Little water and knead the dough.

Roll out the medium size rotla.Heat a tawa preferably non stick and put the Rotlo on tava and turn it after it change colour.

Apply a little ghee,press lightly on both sides till it is done.Serve hot with tea.
