Soak rice for half an hour

Cut all vegetables and wash thoroughly

Take vessel and put water and let it boil, rinse water from rice and put in the boiling water

Take kadhai, add butter, ghee put jeera and all khada masala saute it

Add sliced onion and saute till golden brown

Add all veggies and all masala and cover it and let it cook on medium flame

In between check if rice are done, rinse the water from it

Once all veggies are cooked add cooked rice and mix well

Add lemon juice and mix well and garnish with coriander leaves

Pulao is ready to eat with raita
