Take makka atta, wheat flour,onion, ginger, garlic paste, green chilli, salt, cumin seed, ajwain and fredh coriander in bowl.

Make smooth dough with the help of water. Dough should be soft like chapati dough.

Cover it and rest it for 10 min.

Divide dough in equal part. Roll out the dough ball in circular shape.Put paratha on hot tawa.

Cook both side and spread oil both side.

Serve it hot with green chutney, tomato sauce and curd.
