Steps

Put oven on at 180’C

Cut paper / foil big enough to include all ingredients

Thinly chop carrots, red pepper and spring onions

Place fish and veg in centre of paper / foil.

Add ginger, soy sauce, dash of white wine and chili.

Fold up the foil, ensuring gap above for steam
- 7
Place in oven for 20 mins
- 8
Spiralise a courgette, lightly fry
- 9
Serve with veg and enjoy
