Ingredients

  1. 4big patatoes peeled & chopped into cubes
  2. 2chopped tomato
  3. 2green chilli chopped
  4. 1 tspjeera
  5. 1 tspcoriander powder
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. As neededoil
  10. 1 tspaamchur
  11. Some coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil. Add jeera saute it.

  2. 2

    Now add patatoes and green chilli and cook for 5-6 minutes.

  3. 3

    Now all spices and mix it and add chopped tomato and mix well.

  4. 4

    Cook for 3-4 minutes and check the patato soft,and add coriander leaves.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with chapti.
