Broccoli masala fry

Firstly in a boiling water add broccoli and blanch for 1 minutes. Don't over cook. After that deep into the cold water.

Now in a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, slit green chilli and crackle them after that add onion, ginger, garlic and saute until they get nice golden colour.

Now add all dry spices saute one minutes then add chopped tomatoes and cook until oil separate.

Now add blanch broccoli florets, salt and cook for 2-3minutes more. Then add chopped coriander leaves.

Now broccoli masala fry is ready to serve.
