  • 500 gliver
  • 5tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Cooking oil
  • Salt
  • Green pepper

Steps

50 mins
  1. 1

    Cut liver to pieces the wash and boil for 20 mins

  2. 2

    Drain excess water then on a non stick pan add cooking oil

  3. 3

    Add the liver and fry till a bit crunchy

  4. 4

    Add onions the tomatoes then add green pepper

  5. 5

    Add some salt then cook for a while

  6. 6

    Serve with Ugali and kienyeji
