Coriander chutney powder is spicy and tasty powder which we can have it with idli, dosa and hot steamed rice rice with dollop of ghee. It is healthy with the spices added in it.

Coriander chutney powder is spicy and tasty powder which we can have it with idli, dosa and hot steamed rice rice with dollop of ghee. It is healthy with the spices added in it.
Steps

Take a pan add coriander seeds dry fry till it changes colour and get nice aroma, take it into plate.

In the Same pan add pepper and cumin seeds dry fry till you get nice aroma and take it into plate.

Now add dry coconut, curry leaves, red chillies and garlic pods fry till it changes colour and take it into plate. Switch off the flames and add tamarind fry it till the moist goes and take it into plate.

Let the above dry fried ingredients cooled, salt and then grind it into bit coarse powder(expect garlic).

At last add garlic pods and grind it for a second. Let the grinded powder cool for few minutes and then store into airtight container.

Spicy, yummy and tasty coriander chutney powder is ready. For more taste have it by adding ghee.
