Mix the flour salt and water then make a dough.add water if required.the dough should be soft bt not sticky

Cut in into 10 small pieces and roll each

Arrange one by one on top of each as u put flour on the side u put oil to avoid sticking.you can put all ten at ago and roll it to make one huge dough and be very careful not to over press or do 5 pieces at once

Put the arranged dough on a pan on low heat and flip until it looks lyk this

Add the filling and cover or if you dont want to fill and fry them immediately, store them in a freezer

Incase your filling is over and you have some sheets left u can store them in a freezer and use it next time.when u want to use the frozen ones,take it out of the fridge and keep it outside or in the sun until it softens.DONT MICROWAVE IT
