Ajwain leaves bhajji/ fritters are one of the tasty tea time snack with aromat flavour and taste. This winter season have it with a cup of tea and enjoy.
Steps

Wash ajwain patte /carom leaves under water and tap it with dry cloth.

Take a bowl add gram flour, rice flour, salt, chilli powder, soda and salt mix everything well by adding water in parts.

Take a pan add oil to deep fry and let it heat. Add 1 tsp of hot oil to the bajji batter and mix it well to thick batter(bajji consistency).

Check oil heat by dropping some batter, if it floats up then oil is heat. Now start preparing bajji's.

Dip carom leaf in batter, coat batter to the leaf well. And drop it into oil, repeat the same to others.

Fry the above both sides till it changes colour and cooked crispy. You will get very nice aroma.

Take the above into plate or on tissue paper. Repeat the same process to the remaining.

That's it yummy and tasty winter special snack carom leaves bhajji/ ajwain patte ke bhajji / vaamu akku bhajji is ready to serve. Serve it hot and enjoy with your friends and family.
