Just like the orange marmelade or Strawberry valentines, these are very potent so please becareful if you eat alot of these. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery. For an office version, leave out the bourbon, and add orange juice for a citrus flavor. Can add thin sugared orange rinds for brightness in candy flavor but use sparingly.

Bourbon vanilla Shake Bourbon vanilla Shake
#midnightFeeling hungry in the middle of the night calls for a quick to make and satisfying recipe. You don't want to cut and chop veggies or other ingredients and turn on the gas and cook, and then clean a lot of vessels when you are that hungry in those odd hours. It should be a quick, tasty and solid dish. This is one such recipe to debauch those midnight cravings. You only need two ingredients Bourbon Biscuits and Vanilla Ice cream. [ you can try the same recipe with your favorite biscuits and ice cream]. Put the biscuit and the ice cream in a blender and blend it, your midnight craving quencher is ready, in a snap of fingers. No cooking, no cutting, no frying, no refrigerating time and no waiting time. Really really really quick. Drishya Subash [Intimate Stranger] -
Bourbon Chicken Bourbon Chicken
My friend Steve is a bourbon drinker so I wanted to make a dish he would like. It turned out great. Next time I may try adding some vegetables to make more like a traditional stir fry dish. But either way I think you will like the flavor. I used double the bourbon amount that most recipes call for but that allowed the bourbon taste to be the star. fenway -

Sorghum balls Sorghum balls
#5ing#post3#starJowar/Sorghum is ancient grain which belongs to millet family. Now a days people shift away from refined wheat products which are not good for health. Sorghum is good option cause it is gluten free, rich in fiber, high protein, full of iron. Due to all it's such goodness it is good for bone health, as well as control blood sugar level also.In India , at the time of Holi festival Jowar dhani ( popped sorghum ) has special importance.Popped sorghum is also used as a snack also. Today I combined it with some jaggery & made it's balls. Deepa Rupani -
Boston Baked Beans Boston Baked Beans
I got these bean crocks and planned on making some beans in them. I had a few guests over but a couple of them don’t eat pork. Very reluctantly, I decided to omit the salt pork from the beans. The good news is, there is plenty of beans and I can fry some up on the side and add it. The beans still had an authentic flavor and the guests enjoyed it. I hope you do too. (You of course do not necessarily need a crock. Any oven safe vessel with a lid will work). Karl -
