Steps

Take ghee in kadai add Rai, hing put chopped onion and saute till golden brown

Add all vegetables and masala and cover it to get soften

Now add mashed boiled potatoes and lemon juice and mix well

Take bread slice put cheese slice and the batter

Cover it with other bread slice and make sandwich
- 6
Cut into two halves and serve with green coriander chutney, imli chutney
