Ingredients

  1. 1 jarpeanut butter crunchy
  2. 1 packetsMarie biscuits or digestive 200 grams
  3. 100 grambutter
  4. 1 barcooking chocolate

Steps

  1. 1

    Crush the biscuits to fine crumbs in a food processor.
    In a pan melt butter and peanut butter. Keep 2 tablespoon separate. Keep stirring at all times or microwave for 1 minute.
    Add the biscuit powder to the melted butter and peanut butter.

    In a greased tray add the mixture and let it set for 1/2 an hour in the fridge.
    In a double boiler melt chocolate and add
    One tablespoon of peanut butter and let it boil until chocolate has melted.

    Remove the tray of biscuit and peanut butter from fridge and spread the melted chocolate on top. Boil the left peanut butter in double boiler and with a prick stick make design as per pic. You can opt this step out if preferred.
    Refrigerate for further 2 hours. Remove and cut in small squares.

Hi all, my name is Rekha. I am Indian by birth, born in Uganda, East Africa, I now live in Wilby, Northamptonshire/England.I retired at the age of 60 due to severe arthritis. I am married, a mother and grandmother.I learnt to cook from my parents at a very young age of seven. I started to cook simple dishes for the family and gradually learnt how to cook. My mum use to cook at our shop where we sold Indian sweets and savouries. I have learnt a lot from my mum. I started cooking fusion dishes and learning from others. My strong point is making sweet dishes and innovating new dishes. I can improvise and be creative in leftover dishes.I love being on Cookpad because I can share and learn new recipes. I have also made a lot of friends.
