Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2पैकेट पतंजलि आटा नूडल्स(200ग्राम)या आटा मैगी
  2. 2प्याज
  3. 2टमाटर
  4. 1-2शिमला मिर्च
  5. 1छोटी गाजर
  6. 50ग्राम बींस
  7. 1/2छोटा चम्मच जीरा
  8. 1/2बड़ा चम्मच सूखा धनिया पाउडर
  9. 1/4छोटी चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  10. नमक स्वादानुसार
  11. 1/2छोटी चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
  12. 1कलछी रिफाइंड

Steps

  1. 1

    विधि :-सबसे पहले एक पैन में रिफाइंड डालें।गर्म होने पर इसमें जीरा डालें।जीरा सुनहरा हो जाए तो प्याज डालें प्याज को बहुत ज्यादा लाल नहीं करना है। 5 -7 मिनट में जब प्याज थोड़ी भून जाएं।  तो कटे  टमाटर डालें ।फिर स्वादानुसार नमक, सूखा धनिया पाउडर, हल्दी,लाल मिर्च पाउडर डालकर अच्छे से मिला लें।

    टमाटर गल जाएं उसमें कटी शिमला मिर्च,गाजर व बींस डाले पांच मिनट भून ले अब नूडल्स को हाथ से तोड़कर डालें वह अच्छे से मिक्स करें,नूडल्स मसाला डालें फिर इसमें चार कप पानी डालें।(पानी आप नूडल्स के पैकेट के ऊपर लिखे निर्देश के अनुसार डाल सकते हैं)

    अब पेन को ढक दें व बीच बीच में नूडल्स को चेक करते रहे ।15 मिनट में आपकी नूडल्स रेडी हो जाएंगे उस पर कटा हरा धनिया डालकर कर सर्व करें।
