1 cuppeas boiled
2tomatoes chopped
1 tspginger paste
1 tsproasted masala
2green chillies chopped
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Heat oil and temper ginger paste and green chillies

Add Potatoes and saute well
3

Add salt and turmeric powder and red chilli Powder
4

Mix all and add the boiled peas,saute well
5

Add sugar and mix well

It is ready to be served
