Ingredients

  • 2red onions, sliced and cooked for 2 mins over a low heat
  • 2-3 tbspred pesto
  • 5sun dried tomatoes
  • 2veggie sausages, cooked
  • Packready rolled puff pastry

Steps

  1. 1

    Roll out the pastry on a large baking tray.

  2. 2

    Score a rectangular border around the outside. Fill the inside rectangle in with a thin layer of pesto.

    Top with the cooked, cooled onions. Then add the sliced sausages and shredded sun dried tomatoes.

    Bake at 200 C for 30 - 40 mins
