First we take a large bowl mix rice flour and curd mix with enough water no lumps of rice flour should be formed

Heat oil in pan you can use ghee instead of for tadka

Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds let them sizzle up

Add hing and some curry leaves the add batter of rice flour

Mix well add salt as par taste add lemon juice if necessary cover pan and cook for just 5 to 8 minutes

Serve hot with tadka of ghee and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
