Boil the water add 1/2 spoon sugar in the water and add peas,half boil peas

Heat a pan add butter in a pan now add onion saute for until soft add turmeric powder or add chopped tomato saute until soft.

Keep a side for cool down. After cool, make a smooth paste in a jar.

Take kaju, milk, fresh malai make a paste.

Heat oil in a pan add bay leaf, clove, cardamom saute for 2 minutes.Add onion - tomato paste, or garlic paste.Saute for until oil start sprinkle.

Add all spice turmeric powder, coriander powder red chilli powder mix cook for 2-3 minutes add green peas. Or 1/2 glass water. Cook for 5 minutes cover with lid..

Now add cashew paste mix it cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Garam masala and kasoori methi.. Mix it.

Garnish with Fresh coriander leaves.

Serve with chapati or paratha puri.
