Steps

First dry toast flex seeds and poppy seeds separately.

Take 2 tbsp ghee in pan or wok fry lotus seeds or makhana till it becomes crispy.

Now take 2 tbsp ghee in pan and roast all the dry fruits
- 4
When all the fryied and roasted ingredients becomes at room temperature.crushed or grind all the items except flex seeds.

Put 1 tbsp ghee in pan heat it and add turmeric switch off the gas.Now add all the ingredients mix well and shape it like tennis balls

Save it in airtight jar for approx 3-4weeks. It is not only beneficial for winter but it also for hormonal problem.
