First,take 20 g seedless 20 g seeded chillies soaked over night with vinegar make a paste.

Take a khadhai add oil add garlic roast light brown add salt chillies paste saute 5 to 7 min then add both leaves saute till become soft.

Add red chilli powder saute few minutes.Now turn off the gas keep into jar.

We can use at least 2 to 3 months serve it with paratha
