Ingredients

  • 250 gonion leaves chopped
  • 100 ggarlic leaves chopped
  • 1/2 cupgarlic chopped
  • 300 gvinegar
  • 150 grefined oil
  • to tastesalt
  • 40 gred chillies
  • 4 tspKashmiri red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First,take 20 g seedless 20 g seeded chillies soaked over night with vinegar make a paste.

  2. 2

    Take a khadhai add oil add garlic roast light brown add salt chillies paste saute 5 to 7 min then add both leaves saute till become soft.

  3. 3

    Add red chilli powder saute few minutes.Now turn off the gas keep into jar.

  4. 4

    We can use at least 2 to 3 months serve it with paratha
