Ingredients

  1. 250 gramseggplant
  2. Oil to fry
  3. 2green chillies
  4. 1onion
  5. 1tomato
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. Pinchturmeric

Cooking Instructions

    Wash eggplant & slices them. add them to salt and turmeric water. This helps to prevent them from discolouring.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan. Add squeezed eggplant slices and fry it till get Golden colour.

  3. 3

    Take fryed eggplant in to a bowel. Add onion, chillies, tomato and salt. Mix well. Serves with rice.
