I love my morning coffee strong, and now I can eat it too

Add flour, salt, sugar and coffee in a bowl and whisk to combine

Mix milk and melted butter in another bowl

Mix wet and dry ingredients until well combined with no or very few lumps

Heat non stick pan with oil. Add 1/4 cup batter on pan, swirl so that coffee batter spreads evenly and thinly on base of pan

Allow crepes to cook until bubbles appear on top

Flip and let second side cooks to golden brown

Repeat until all batter is finished

Serve with coffee or milk
