Boil 1 1/5 cup in a pan.Add oil and salt,add rice flour and cook till become a soft dough now cool it.

Make small balls out of the dough.

Heat a pan with a tablespoon of sesame oil. Add in the mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let the mustard seeds pop.

Add ginger Chilli paste. in the cooked dumpling balls and the masala powder. Toss for a minute to coat.
