Grate the onions and all the others and mix well with the eggs.add flour and a pinch of salt and little water at a time until sticky

Add oil and continue kneading the dough until soft and roll out into balls..leave it to rest for some time and when ready to fry...you find it soft and elastic and does not stick to the surface or hand

Roll it round.smear some oil and make ahole at the center and roll it to form these. Repeat the same for all the other balls and you can now roll and fry... (no pictures for that battery went off)..but this is the final result
