1/2 bowlsugar
1/2 bowlwarm milk
1/2 bowlorange juice
1 tbsporange zest
1/4 bowloil
1/2 tbspbaking powder
1 tbspBaking soda
1 tbspvanilla essence

Dip the semolina in warm milk and keep it for 10 minutes

In another bowl mix curd with baking soda and keep it for 10 minutes. Add the sugar in it.Add orange juice, vanilla essence, oil and orange zest in it.

Add it in semolina now add wheat flour, baking powder in it and make a smooth batter.

Now oil the cake pan and pour the mixture in it. Preheat the oven.Bake it for 40 minutes,now check with knife. It should be clean. Remove from the oven. let it cool down.Now it is ready to eat. Cut and serve.
