Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmoong dhulli dal
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspchopped garlic
  • 1 tspchopped ginger
  • 2onions chopped
  • 1 cupfresh tomato ouree
  • 1chilli green chopped
  • 2 tspchopped green coriander
  • To taste salt
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 2 pincheshing
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take dal wash and soak it overnight.

  2. 2

    Take a wok add oil add cumin seeds then add hing and garlic saute add onion and ginger saute add tomato puree and all spices mix.

    Then add soaked dal saute for 2 minutes.

    Then add 2 bowls of water mix then give one boil and cover.

    After it gets cooked then add coriander leaves and serve.
