Take a raw papaya Peel and grate.

Grate papaya with grater into plate

Add besan,and salt,chilli powder, remaining all slices make round ball as koftas and deep fry them.

Once Koftas gets brown colour take out

Mean while for gravy heat a kadhai pour oil put onion,tomato keep stirring add Veggies let it cook then add seasoning to the curry.

Once gravy forms thick consistency, add fresh cream mix well,take a bowl pour gravy add Koftas and serve with parathas.
