Add all the ingredients except oil for dip frying and water.

Then add water to make smooth dough and cover it and rest it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes heat oil in a pan for deep frying and make the shapes you may like from the dough.

Then dip fry them in oil in low flame.

Now your fried methi Mathias are ready to serve.

Serve hot with Ketchup or chutney.
