Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg corrot wash,peel and sliced
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 big spoon four
  • 3 spoonsRaai (mustard seeds brown) grind
  • 2 spoonschilli powder
  • 1 big spoonturmeric Powder
  • 2 spoonmustard oil for mixing

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl put oil and spices into it and mix them.

  2. 2

    Now add carrot sliced mix everything properly.

  3. 3

    Now put into a jar cover with lid.

  4. 4

    Put the jar for a day in sunlight it becomes juicy, soft and tasty.

  5. 5

    It's juicy look confirms it is ready to eat as salad with lunch or dinner.
