1onion
1/2 teaspooncumin seed
1/4 teaspoonginger garlic paste
some green coriander
1 bowlcurd
to tastesalt
1/4 teaspoonchilli powder
1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
1/4 teaspoongaram masala
1/2 teaspoonghee

Add ghee in a pan

Add cumin seed into it

Then add chopped vegetables

Stir till it gets lite brown and then add all the masalas

Stir till it leaves ghee and turn of the flame and then add curd into it

It's ready to serve with chpati.
