Ingredients

  • Liver
  • Red pepper
  • Onions
  • Maggie
  • Curry
  • Thyme
  • Salt
  • Garlic(optional)
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash liver,put in a clean pot add salt, Maggie, curry, thyme, garlic and allow to cook

  2. 2

    Grind red 🌶 and onions with little garlic add Maggie and stir fry, keep aside

  3. 3

    Shallow fry the cooked liver and mix with the already grinded ingredients
