This is one of the dishes that only my Mama makes at home. Today I had to do it.....thank God, it came out so "deliciously" delicious that none was left in the serving pot.

This is one of the dishes that only my Mama makes at home. Today I had to do it.....thank God, it came out so "deliciously" delicious that none was left in the serving pot.
Steps

Boil the meat well in medium heat. Since this had a lot of "fatty" parts, I let it dry completely until it started producing it's own oil for frying.

Add onions, cook for 3minutes till soft. Add garlic and ginger paste, cook for 3 minutes.

Add capsicum, cook for 3minutes till soft, add tomato paste and stir well for 5minutes.

Add Dhania / Coriander and stir well

Add very little water and let it cook in low heat, then add the honey, cook for 5minutes and remove from fire.

Serve with bread, rice, rotti, chapati, Ugali or just alone. Enjoy!
