Ingredients

  1. 4 PCbrown bread
  2. 1 tbspButter
  3. 1/2 tbspgarlic chopped
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1/2capsicum chopped
  6. 1tomato chopped
  7. 1 cupcottage cheese
  8. as neededTomato sauce
  9. 1 tspGaram masala
  10. as per tasteSalt and pepper
  11. 2Green chilli
  12. 1 eachOnion ,capsicum ,tomato sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    First saute garlic onion in oil add tomato & capsicum

  2. 2

    Add all masalas, ketchup add cottage cheese

  3. 3

    Mix well

  4. 4

    Take two bread slices apply butter on sides, add paneer Bhurji masala

  5. 5

    Top with onion, tomato, capsicum slices & grill for 5 mins
