Wash and peel papdi,wash mini potatoes and make slit on it,make pieces of sweet potatoes,peel and make pieces of kand(rataru)

Now grind coriander leaves,mint,curry leaves,green garlic,salt,sesame seeds,carrom seeds,remove in bowl add turmeric,coriander,jeera powder and oil.mix

Now stuff this masala in potato slits,and add all veggies in the remaining masala..mix potatoes and all,marinate for an hour

Now put in silver foil sprinkle some water,only some drops. In a cooker put some salt then a steam stand and then put it on the silver foil packet..cover the cooker with lid..removing the lid and whistle

Cook for an hour on medium flame.. Serve hot with lemon vedges
